When I first used this (Asus laptop) it worked great! now with my Lenovo ThinkPad, I cannot get it to recognize the USB connection. thoughts?

You can restart the computer, unplug the mic and start the process over. ( plug USB back into the computer, when it comes back on). If that doesn’t work either your computer has some damage or the mic does. Hope this helps.

The product you get in this price range as a beginner is solid. Good for podcasts, music vocal recordings and normal voice recordings.
